Returns

All returns need to be initiated within 7 days of receiving your initial order.

The item must be returned in its original condition: unused, unwashed, tags attached, and in its protective dust bag, and proof of purchase.

Bendo wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please understand that due to the process of the wire bending you may find inconsistencies in shape and colour between products. The process of powder coating also leaves small markings within the paint. This is not considered a defect within the product.

Exchange or credit available due to change of mind, but all additional related freight cost will need to be covered by the customer. If the goods are faulty or not true to design, then apply a credit or refund will be applied. In the unlikely event that your products are damaged in transit, please send through images and Bendo will be happy to provide replacement or credit to your order.

Easy peasy to support local!
Love love love it! I live in the UK and needed to find a present for a friend based in Melbourne. I didn't want to buy her something generic from Amazon so did a bit of research and stumbled upon trauve. Well curated with a beautiful selection of small, local brands. It saved me so much time as all these small brands were under the same 'roof'. Wish we had something similar here, so much easier than forever trawling Amazon or Etsy for something good. 5 stars!
