Returns
All returns need to be initiated within 14 days of receiving your initial order. The item must be returned in its original condition: unused, unwashed, tags attached, and in its protective dust bag, and proof of purchase.
Purchases made on sale are not eligible for returns, unless in the event that the item is deemed faulty. There are no refunds for Change of Mind, or if you have already purchased an item then re-purchased as a sale item.
