cle. naturals lactation tea contains 100% certified organic plant ingredients created to support breastfeeding mothers and promote healthy lactation and milk supply. This blend of organic herbs supports lactation and helps soothe digestion for both mother and baby.

organic certified ingredients: Fenugreek, Fennel Seed, Aniseed, Caraway Seed, Goats Rue, Milk Thistle

serving suggestions: 50g = 25 serves (1 tsp per serve). This is a loose leaf tea and will require an infuser. Recommended intake of 1 cup per day up to a maximum of 3 cups per day for a stronger effect. Can be consumed hot or chilled after brewing.

Easy peasy to support local!
Love love love it! I live in the UK and needed to find a present for a friend based in Melbourne. I didn't want to buy her something generic from Amazon so did a bit of research and stumbled upon trauve. Well curated with a beautiful selection of small, local brands. It saved me so much time as all these small brands were under the same 'roof'. Wish we had something similar here, so much easier than forever trawling Amazon or Etsy for something good. 5 stars!
