Pool Buoy orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne within 48 hours via Australia Post, and delivery usually takes 2 - 8 business days to metro areas.

Returns

All returns need to be initiated within 7 days of receiving your initial order.

The item must be in all their original packing, including all box and packaging, and be in new/unused condition. Pool Buoy will not accept product returns without all of the original packaging.

All costs to return the item/s to Pool Buoy must be paid by the customer.

If for any reason you believe that your goods have been damaged in transit please contact us within 24hrs from receipt of goods on hello@poolbuoy.co.

Please include your order number and detailed images depicting the damage.

Easy peasy to support local!
Love love love it! I live in the UK and needed to find a present for a friend based in Melbourne. I didn't want to buy her something generic from Amazon so did a bit of research and stumbled upon trauve. Well curated with a beautiful selection of small, local brands. It saved me so much time as all these small brands were under the same 'roof'. Wish we had something similar here, so much easier than forever trawling Amazon or Etsy for something good. 5 stars!
