FREE shipping for all Australian orders over $150. Little Koala Living orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne within 3 business days via Australia Post, and delivery usually takes 3 - 7 business days to metro areas.
Returns
All returns need to be initiated within 30 days of receiving your initial order. Once your return is approved you are required to send the item back within 7 days of receiving your return authorisation number. The item must be returned in its original condition: unused, unwashed, tags attached, and in its protective dust bag, and proof of purchase. Purchases made on sale are not eligible for returns, unless in the event that the item is deemed faulty.
