Ann Saint James is committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. Due to the fact that all items are currently handmade to order, please allow up to 2-5 business days for items to be shipped. All shipping is fulfilled through Australia Post.
Returns
All returns need to be initiated within 15 days of receiving your initial order.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Customer is responsible for the return postage fees to send the items back. Because Ann Saint James items are handmade to order, returns will incur a minimal restocking fee of $10 that will be deducted from the refund value.
