Our premium leather range has been designed in partnership with Australian-based luxury brand, Kinnon.
How to care for your sleeve:
Leather does not require regular cleaning but a little care every now and then will ensure a prolonged life. We recommend spraying the leather with a protective leather spray before you first use your item.
To keep the leather clean on an ongoing basis, use a damp cloth and ensure it’s dry before storage.
Never use regular soaps or cleansers as they will remove the oils used to protect the leather.

Memobottle orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne within 48 hours via Australia Post, and delivery usually takes 3 - 6 business days to metro areas.
Warranty & Returns
Memobottle Pty Ltd will repair or replace at its discretion, any manufacturing defect* (see #1 below) in its products free of charge for up to 2 years from purchase. This does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear* (see #2 below), accident (lost/stolen), combat damage, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence. Product must be returned to us for evaluation.
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us at hello@memobottle.com. For any claim to be recognised, customers must notify Memobottle Pty Ltd within 24 months of purchase and provide an order number or receipt as proof of purchase. Memobottle Pty Ltd will then provide you with an address to return the faulty or damaged item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20-25 business days.
A memobottle Pty Ltd team member may require further evidence of the defect to which you must cooperate to continue with your replacement.
Memobottle Pty Ltd has the right to decline your request for a replacement, if on inspection our team member does not believe your request follows our conditions.
Typical replacement or exchange scenarios that will not be accepted include:
- Customer change of mind.
- If you have entered the wrong shipping address, unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement, nor redirect your item/s.
- Your request for a refund due to the memobottle Pty Ltd not being made of the material that you expected.
- New bottle smell upon receiving your item/s. (After cleaning and using this smell will disappear)
- If you have selected the wrong item, colour or size when purchasing.
- If you are not satisfied with the colour or transparency of the product.
- Damage inflicted to your item/s incurred by the user.
- Sale items.
#1 MANUFACTURING DEFECTS:
A manufacturing defect exists if the product departs from its intended design and function (see #3 below). Defective materials (Lid, Seal, fabrics, etc.) or defective workmanship (molding, construction, etc.) are covered for 12 months from the time of purchase. memobottle Pty Ltd will repair or replace at its discretion any manufacturing defect in these products free of charge.
#2 WEAR AND TEAR: Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Moving parts will wear out, fabrics/plastics will deteriorate and fade over time and materials will scratch. And while we choose the best materials available for the application, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements.
#3 INTENDED DESIGN AND FUNCTION: The memobottle is designed for water carry and water consumption. It is not designed to withstand large drops, force, impact, or being exposed to high temperatures (hot liquids, direct sunlight or heat for prolonged periods i.e, left in car). The design of the memobottle is to be within its stated and advertised shape and weight dimensions, and temperature limits. The memobottle is not designed to exist next to high value items such as laptops, tablets or phones where there is a risk of large force or impact that threatens damage of these items. The memobottle is also designed to be of adequate transparency. Given the method of production, the surface of the memobottle is not expected to be completely free of minor streaks and blemishes. Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true color nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
